Village of Waunakee Commercial Real Estate and Development Bus Tour

The Village of Waunakee is now accepting RSVPs for participation in a real estate and development bus tour on Thursday, September 12th.  The 90 minute bus tour will begin at 3 PM, with a locally catered reception to follow at 4:30 PM. For those interested, preceding the tour the Village will sponsor a 9-hole round of golf at The Meadows of Six Mile Creek golf course.

The tour will include presentations on three key areas of Village growth and development – commercial opportunities, downtown revitalization, and business / office park development. We will step off the bus and briefly visit two locations: the brand new Dean Clinic in Don Tierney’s Kilkenny Farms development and the vacant Koltes Lumber building in the center of our downtown. We will then arrive at the Murphy/Bremser building in the Waunakee Business Park where you’ll be treated to a catered reception featuring food from Rex’s Innkeeper.

There is no charge to attend, but space is limited. We will fill the 45 bus seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your spot by contacting Administrative Intern Stephen Bechler (contact information below). Be sure to let us know if you are interested in participating in golfing as well. Should you have any questions, you are welcome to contact me or Stephen.
