Funds are now available from Dane County's Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs, the Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund and the Commercial Revitalization Loan Fund. The funds are used to stimulate economic development and provide funds for commercial revitalization.
Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund
This fund provides gap financing to businesses that create jobs, 51% of which must go to low and moderate-income persons. Qualifying applicants include for-profit businesses, not for profit organizations, and municipalities outside the City of Madison. Commercial Revitalization Loan Fund
This fund provides financing to businesses and real estate development projects that help revitalize downtown and commercial districts. Both for-profit and not for profit organizations may apply.
